The camping site of Laugar in Sælingsdalur valley is a great place to unwind in the arms of nature. A 25 metre long outside swimming pool is in close proximity to the site as well as a hot pot. There are many things of interest to tourists in the area. The museum at Laugar houses many important artifacts from the area and the Museum of Leifur Eiríksson is also close by where the spirit of the Vikings lives on.
