Hraunbrun

The site is on the northern shore of lake Mývatn, one of the most magnificent natural wonders in the whole of Iceland. The sights worth seeing in the area are countless, Dimmuborgir, Krafla and Hverfjall, just to name a few. The birdlife on and around the lake is diverse and the river Laxá is a great fishing stream.

Season: june 1st - sept 10th
