Is the marketing people loosing them self’s in strange and costly advertisements. At least we think so in regards to a new advertisement in the possibility of connecting real guitars to guitar hero. In that respect a team came to Iceland. Charted a plane and flew over an active volcano with its steaming lava below. The purpose was to throw overboard 500 plastic guitars from the guitar hero game melting it with the help of the red hot lava. see the video below.
As the guitars where made of plastic they flew all over the area in the windy Icelandic weather. So maybe some lucky Icelanders will be able to find some guitars lying around on there highland hike.
