Before Xmas we put our shoes in the window

“As Icelandic children will tell you, thirteen Santa Clauses are better than just one. The Santa brothers begin arriving into town one by one in Iceland, thirteen days before Christmas. They travel from home to home, carrying little gifts to all the children who have behaved well that day. To make sure Santa manages to deliver the presents in time over night, the children put their best shoe on their windowsill and leave the window open so Santa can quickly place the goodie in the shoe before rushing off to the next house. However, children who have been caught in wrongdoings during the day get nothing but a raw potato in their shoe – a rather unpleasant reminder from Santa to brush up your act before Christmas!”  Information got from www.icehotels.com

This song is an Icelandic version of the song "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" and was arranged by "Barði Freyr Þorsteinsson". Vocals by "Stefanía Sif Stefánsdóttir". The video was rushed into editing, but still gets the message out; watch your back, because santa is coming to town ;)
